For a punishment, you have to dress as a girl. In shorts and heels, about 30 minutes maybe 40 minutes. So he when out there, he was surprised that he blended in. But he didn't expect, the guys whistling at him. Do girls always have this problem.
Stiletto Heels would have been better.
stilettos might be a bit cruel on brick or cobbles....
