I'm not so sure anyone can tell. I've worn woman's jeans for over 20 years and no one has ever said anything. I've also worn leggins for over 15 years and again no one ever said anything.
Way back when, most of my ski clothes were from the female side as I was slim/athletic and had long legs. No feminine colors or styles, but they fit better. I did not care if anyone noticed. One girl from the ski-share noticed, but seemed to accept my explanation. Who cares. I think the hair says a lot in the picture. Now if he wore her wedgies?

He needs to watch out for VPL, but the bra straps are a dead give away.
