The dress looks vaguely 1957 but the stilettos? I'm pretty sure they didn't come in until the 1960s when the company I worked for insisted that women who wore them fitted plastic ends to the heels so they diidn't damage the wooden polished floors.And yes, I remember 1957 quite well :)R
