Sorry, it's been so long to post. I had to have surgery on my jaw because of a bone fragment and that kind of took me out of things. I'm back now though!
Sorry to hear about you needing jaw surgery ; glad to hear you're getting better though ! Did you fall ; bite through a meat bone or was it dental related ? Not really my business ; just curious is all. In RL, I have recently retired and I have upcoming dental work too ; got one missing eye tooth and a missing cap / crown on my lower left jaw. Such a hassle ; but I'll handle it. Love your captions ! Got a few ideas I'd like to toss your way, if you're interested. Ftygrl
Hi everybody! Thanks for the well wishes and the kind words!
It's a long story, but it's dental related. I had some issues which resulted in needing to have two wisdom teeth pulled. They were deep in the bone and buried under the gum though, so removing them was hard. When the doctor took them out, some of the bone broke off but did it in a way that we couldn't see it on x-ray until about three weeks later when it had finally traveled far enough away from the rest of the bone that we could see it. So we had to go back in and remove that. In the meantime, I've had two separate infections from this. So it's been a rough eight weeks now, but things are finally looking a lot better.
