I'd say Kevin is on the right since "he" is taller which most "boys" are and then the heels he's wearing are a little chunkier since his sister took a pity on him and went with heels that would be easier for him to wear. But after his sister and the girlfriends get finished with the two new "girls", with some practice, he'll be wearing stilettos like his sister in the middle soon enough. Lucky boys!
