Why ??? Maybe she'd like to have a beautiful daughter (instead of an "ugly" son) to go shopping with and to go to the salon to have makeovers, etc. "He" should take advantage of that......I would if I was him. ;-)
If Sam could, in the meantime, manage to accomplish...say...the seduction of the poolboy, for example, Sam's mom might be doubly proud of her new daughter!
