I wonder if Jimmy has always lusted after his sister's sexy clothes and shoes which might have been his original reason for the swap. Finding out that is former brother in law would grovel at the end of "her" amazing legs was just a bonus.
So as long as "she" wears the pants so to say and is kept with a new supply of sexy clothes, I can see why Jimmy is staying right were he's at.
